Collaborators: Hello, my name is Hong and I am originally from China. I moved to America at the age of seven and settled down in New Hampshire. I am a sophomore majoring in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in biochemical engineering. This summer, I worked as a Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) student at University of Massachusetts, Lowell. My project focused on nanomaterials in cosmetics, specially trying to characterize the nanomaterials used and their toxicity. I find Nanotechnology to be fascinating and hope that during this school year, I will gain more knowledge about it, especially how it can be applied in nanomedicine.
